A rich and deeply indulgent Easter creation, designed around the natural intensity of fine dark chocolate and the comforting depth of toasted nuts and caramel.


The egg is thickly cast from 62% dark couverture chocolate to give you that classic easter egg nostalgia, offering a balanced bitterness with warm cocoa notes and a smooth, lingering finish. Within the thick shell, a series of layered textures and flavours create a structured and satisfying tasting experience.


At the centre lies a luxurious dark chocolate ganache, smooth and velvety, amplifying the depth of the chocolate while adding a soft, melt-in-the-mouth richness. placed through the filling are crunchy caramelised pecans, gently roasted and glazed to bring out their natural nuttiness and a delicate caramel sweetness.


Completing the composition is a generous ribbon of Welsh sea salted caramel, slow-cooked to achieve a deep amber flavour and finished with mineral-rich Welsh sea salt to provide a subtle savoury contrast.


The result is a harmonious balance of intense cocoa, toasted pecan, and buttery salted caramel, layered to create both richness and texture in every bite.
