Traditional nougat made with the same carefully selected Andalusian organic almonds and Brontë pistachios used across our range, combined with fragrant local honey sourced within 5 miles of our kitchen in Bala for a naturally rounded sweetness.

 

Handcrafted in small batches, the classic Nougat de Montélimar is light yet satisfyingly chewy, while the chocolate nougat adds an extra layer of richness and depth. A beautifully balanced confection that celebrates nuts, honey, and time-honoured technique.

 


INGREDIENTS: Honey, sugar, ALMONDS, PISTACHIOS, glucose syrup, EGG WHITES PASTEURISED, 62% Dark chocolate (cocoa beans, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier (sunflower lecithin)).
